We are looking for a dynamic Talent Partner who will blend world-class talent expertise with a heart for Gods global mission./ppLocation: Richmond, VA/ppCompensation: Commensurate experience/ppThe Talent Partner serves as a key contributor in delivering integrated talent solutions across the organization, including recruitment and HR generalist support. This role leads full-cycle recruitment, partners with managers on performance management and employee relations, and supports engagement and talent development initiatives. The HR Partner ensures consistent application of HR processes, including quarterly and annual performance reviews.
