Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Current and active BCBA certification in Colorado with CDE credentials
- Previous experience supporting K-12 school environments strongly preferred
- Proficient in developing and implementing Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Ability to provide supervision and leadership for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support behavior and autism programs district-wide, collaborating closely with educators and support staff
- Offer guidance and expert consultation on complex student behavioral needs, ensuring effective strategies are in place
- Conduct FBAs and develop individualized BIPs as needed, promoting best practices in positive behavioral interventions
- Supervise two RBTs, providing coaching and oversight to reinforce consistency and quality across all school sites
- Support building staff with training, mentorship, and hands-on assistance to foster a community of continuous improvement
- Maintain in-person presence across multiple sites, building strong relationships and delivering accessible, responsive services
