Hiring Immediately - General Laborers

Prepare custom orders for shipment by wrapping, banding, boxing, and labeling materials according to specifications.

Operate packing equipment, hand tools, and warehouse equipment to safely prepare products for shipment.

Load, move, and organize materials while supporting shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations.

Inspect materials and completed orders to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with customer requirements.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area while supporting daily production goals.

Warehouse, packaging, shipping, receiving, or general labor experience preferred.

Experience using hand tools, packing equipment, or material handling equipment.

Ability to become forklift certified and safely operate warehouse equipment.

Strong attention to detail when inspecting, packing, and preparing orders.

Ability to lift and move materials throughout the shift in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with inventory, order fulfillment, or warehouse operations is a plus.

Reliable attendance, strong communication skills, and ability to work well on a team.

Commitment to safety, quality, and maintaining an organized workspace.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane Valley, WA.

The pay range for this position is $18.55 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
