Responsibilities:

- Provide critical care nursing for ICU patients in a busy hospital environment.- Manage ventilated patients, central lines, and perform procedures like intubation and bronchoscopy.- Monitor patient status using advanced equipment, including Swan-Ganz catheters and Impellas.- Collaborate with medical team to develop and implement patient care plans.- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and maintain certifications.
