Laboratory Manager Blood Bank

We're looking for a Blood Bank Laboratory Manager who thrives under pressure and leads with precision - someone who turns massive transfusion protocols into flawless execution and builds a team that never blinks in a crisis. You'll direct 24/7 lab team, champion accreditation excellence (AABB, CAP, CLIA), and partner with providers when it matters most. If you're a proven laboratory leader ready to make impact your everyday, this is where your expertise becomes someone's second chance. This position is located at our Banner University Medical Center, Phoenix facility in the heart of Phoenix, working with the University of Arizona on unique, complex cases for excellent, cutting-edge diagnostic care.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in a chemical, physical, biological or clinical laboratory science or medical technology. Four (4) years’ training and experience in high-complexity testing in the respective specialty. Two (2) years’ supervisory experience.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
