Catering Lead – Panera Panera invites a Catering Lead to support our catering operations, ensuring guests receive high-quality food and service for their events. Role Overview You will manage and produce catering orders, coordinate deliveries, adhere to food safety standards, promote Panera Catering to local businesses, schools, and events, and support managers and team members while fostering a welcoming culture. Responsibilities Manage and produce catering orders for guests. Deliver orders to guests’ events. Adhere to health and food safety standards. Maintain food quality and standards. Market Panera Catering to local businesses, schools, and events. Assist and support managers and team members as needed. Help build a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust. Qualifications Minimum age 18 years. Complete basic food safety training (Food Handler’s Card required by law). Strong communication skills. Self‑starter able to meet goals with limited supervision. Excellent organizational and time‑management skills. Own vehicle with an acceptable driving record. Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Ability to lift 25‑50 pounds, stand/walk up to 3 hours, and work in a loud environment. Commitment to Panera’s Guiding Values and Behaviors.
