Overview Account Manager – Outside Sales Uncapped Earnings Career Growth Trusted Brand Rose Pest Solutions, the nation’s oldest pest management company (est. 1860), is looking for a driven, energetic, goal-oriented sales professional to join our growing team. Compensation: $5,000/Month guaranteed for the first 150 days (onboarding/training period) After 150 days: Base Salary of $39,600 + Commission Total earning potential: $48,100- $200,000+ Responsibilities What You’ll Do Prospect and build long-term client relationships across a wide range of industries. Conduct on-site assessments and deliver tailored pest management solutions. Partner with technical and quality assurance managers to solve complex challenges. Qualifications What We’re Looking For Proven success in sales and relationship management. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management abilities. Comfortable with in-field assessments, problem-solving, and client engagement. What We’re Looking For At least 18 years old with a high school diploma (or equivalent). Eligible to work in the U.S. with a valid driver’s license and good driving record. Strong communication skills — able to read, write, and converse comfortably in English. Sales-minded: experienced in building and maintaining long‑term client relationships. Organized, self‑motivated, and capable of managing your own schedule. Willing to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or occasional weekends. Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors, including varying weather conditions. Physically able to safely perform essential functions of the role (such as climbing ladders, lifting equipment up to 50 lbs., and accessing tight spaces when necessary).
