Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated General Laborer to join our team and perform a variety of tasks essential to our operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with shipping and receiving duties, inventory management, and a preference for sit-down forklift operation. You will be responsible for tracking and maintaining products efficiently using RF scanners.

Responsibilities

• Perform shipping and receiving duties.
• Manage inventory and ensure accurate tracking.
• Operate a sit-down forklift as needed.
• Utilize RF scanners for product tracking.
• Maintain organization and flow of materials within the warehouse.

Essential Skills

• 2+ years of shipping experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Familiarity with forklifts, production processes, pallet jacks, and material handling.
• Proficiency in using RF scanners and packaging techniques.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Skills in palletizing.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
