Job Summary We are looking for a hands‑on, customer‑focused Assistant Manager to help lead daily operations and support the Store Manager. You’ll play a key role in delivering a great experience to every customer while mentoring team members and ensuring smooth, efficient service. What You’ll Do Greet customers professionally and ensure a positive experience Oversee oil changes and basic maintenance services Perform vehicle inspections and identify any service needs Check tire pressure, fluid levels, belts, hoses, and wipers Maintain a clean and safe work environment Place inventory orders and manage stock levels Open and close the store as needed Lead the team in the absence of the Store Manager Motivate and guide team members to meet performance goals What We’re Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills Self-starter with a team-first mindset Willingness to work in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment Prior automotive experience Reliable and eager to learn and grow Comfortable working in shop environments and outdoor conditions Weekend availability required Must have a valid driver’s license Reliable transportation Physical Requirements Stand, bend, and move throughout shifts Lift up to 50lbs occasionally Work in a shop environment with tools and equipment Why Join PLC?
