Prioritizing leadership, accountability, and collaboration, we equip our teams to work at the highest levels possible.Job Summary: Acrisure is seeking a Senior Workday Analyst with deep experience in Workday integrations, complex reporting, and Workday Extend to support and scale our global Workday ecosystem across North America, LATAM, and EMEA. This hands-on role is responsible for designing, maintaining, and optimizing integrations and reporting solutions, supporting advanced business requirements, and extending Workday functionality to meet evolving enterprise needs. The ideal candidate combines strong technical Workday expertise with a solid understanding of HR and business processes.ResponsibilitiesWorkday IntegrationsDesign, build, and support inbound and outbound Workday integrations using EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio, and APIsPartner with internal teams and vendors to support integrations with payroll, benefits, finance, CRM, and downstream systemsMonitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues, ensuring data accuracy and reliabilityDocument integration designs, data mappings, and support proceduresSupport integration standardization across acquisitions and global tenantsReporting & AnalyticsDesign and maintain complex Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fieldsDevelop advanced reporting solutions using Composite, Matrix, and Trending reportsSupport regulatory, audit, and leadership reporting needs across regionsEnsure data integrity and consistency across reports, integrations, and downstream consumersPartner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable reporting solutionsWorkday Extend & Advanced SolutionsSupport and configure Workday Extend applications to address business needs beyond core Workday functionalityCollaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and solution design for Extend use casesSupport testing, deployment, and ongoing enhancements of Extend applicationsEnsure Extend solutions align with Workday security, data governance, and integration standardsCross-Functional & Platform SupportPartner closely with HR, Finance, Payroll, IT, and external vendorsConduct impact analysis for configuration changes affecting integrations and reportingAssist with M&A activities, including data conversion, integration alignment, and reporting readinessSupport Workday release testing with a focus on integrations, reporting, and Extend impactsSecurity, Compliance & DocumentationSupport security remediation related to integrations and reporting accessAssist with audit documentation and controlsMaintain clear, thorough documentation for technical designs and ongoing supportRequirementsStrong expertise in Workday Integrations, Advanced Reporting, and Calculated FieldsHands-on experience with EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio, APIs, and reporting frameworksExperience supporting complex, multi-system Workday environmentsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentialityPreferred QualificationsExperience withWorkday ExtendGlobal tenant and multi-country support experienceConsulting or Workday implementation backgroundExposure to Workday security design and governanceEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience5+ years HRIS experience; 3+ years’ Workday configurationPreferred QualificationsWorkday Pro certification(s) (Integrations, Reporting, or Extend)Pay Details:The base compensation range for this position is $85,000 - $155,000. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting.
