Description

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings, designing bespoke treatment plans tailored to individual needs
• Implement physical therapy interventions aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, balance, and overall function

• Guide patients and their families in understanding therapeutic objectives, preparing for discharge, and engaging in prescribed home exercises

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent qualification from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
