Regional Class A Driver

Job Description We arecurrently hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers for our Southwest regional fleet. This position offers consistent mileage, predictable weekly home time, and steady dry van freight on well-supported lanes. Pay & Compensation Weekly Earnings: $1,200 – $1,500 average weekly pay Mileage Pay: Competitive cents-per-mile (CPM) rates paid on all miles (loaded and empty) Supplemental Pay: Detention and breakdown pay at $20.00 per hour Classification: Full-time, W2 position with steady year-round freight Schedule & Home Time Home Time: Home weekly for your reset (typically 5 to 5.5 days out on the road) Reset Duration: Reliable 34 to 48-hour reset at home Operating Area: Regional routes running primarily throughout the Southwestern states Freight & Equipment Freight Type: Dry van, 100% no-touch freight Operation: High-efficiency drop-and-hook (approximately 70%), with remaining loads being live load/unload Equipment: Newer, well-maintained Kenworth, Freightliner, and International models Convenience: Take-home truck privileges allowed during your weekly home time Additional Benefits Retirement: Up to a $2,000 401(k) match available Time Off: Paid vacation and 8 paid holidays per year Insurance: Full benefits package including comprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance plans Minimum Requirements License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Experience: Minimum of 6 months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer driving experience Recent Activity: Must have verifiable commercial driving activity within the last 90 days Safety & Background: Must meet standard Department of Transportation (DOT) safety, background, and drug/alcohol screening requirements. Prior safety infractions, accidents, or criminal history are reviewed on a case-by-case basis in compliance with applicable local laws.
