Eye Care Practice Manager: Lead Team & Patient Experience

AEG Vision in Castle Rock, Colorado, seeks a Practice Manager to inspire and support the entire team, deliver excellent patient care, and drive meaningful business results. You will lead daily operations, optimize patient flow, manage staffing, and partner with the Optometrist to align clinical service with practice goals, while coaching staff and adopting new systems.
