Leaves & Accommodations Specialist - Return-to-Work & HR

Santa Cruz Seaside Company is seeking a Leaves & Accommodations Specialist to administer leaves of absence, accommodations, and return-to-work processes in full compliance with laws while delivering compassionate service to Team Members and leaders.

The role requires strong judgment, confidentiality, Spanish-speaking ability is highly preferred, and experience handling 20+ active leaves. On-site, full-time position based in Santa Cruz, CA.
