Respiratory Therapist

Job Location and Schedule Royal Oak, Michigan; full‑time, 36 hours per week; midnight shift (6:45p.m.–7:15a.m.). Scope of Work Implements and evaluates diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory services to assist physicians in the diagnosis and management of patients with cardiopulmonary and related disorders. Participates in the education of patients, students, staff, and physicians. Provides technical support for all equipment related to the practice of Respiratory Care. Assists with general department functions. Qualifications Required Associate’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy. Respiratory Therapist License – State of Michigan. Upon hire, Respiratory Therapist Registry – NBRC National Board for Respiratory Care. Upon hire, Basic Life Support (BLS) – AHA American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
