Job Duties Evaluate and treat developmental delay and other developmental diagnoses in patients aged birth to 21. Supervise COTA staff if OTR. Comfortable documentation deadlines. Self Scheduling. 30 hour billable work week. Yearly Company Schedule for Bonus (higher rate for Tx hours over monthly threshold) or Flex (pre-work hours that are applied to 4 different weeks that we know will be stressed for attendance in daycare/clinic).
