Onsite IT Support Technician — Field & Smart Hands Expert

Pomeroy in Austin, TX is seeking an Onsite Support technician to cover local in-country tasks and the IT Link Center. You will provide hands-on support for end users, manage tickets via ServiceNow, and assist with software deployment and device provisioning. You will work with Windows and macOS environments, support Office 365, printers, scanners, and AV equipment.
