Overview
CT/X-ray Technologist (CT Tech) in Seaside, Oregon, United States. This travel assignment begins 07/13/2026 for several weeks with a weekly pay range of $2,254–$2,451 and no guaranteed hours. Core shift is Tue–Fri, 11:00 AM–9:30 PM (4x10 schedule) in a small, 23-bed critical access setting’s radiology/imaging department. The role combines CT exams with X-ray responsibilities under ARRT-certified guidance, with intradepartmental support and standard travel compliance.

Responsibilities
- Perform CT examinations with and without contrast across head, abdomen, chest, and pelvis; conduct CTA/vascular studies as needed
- Integrate X-ray imaging when required, maintaining high-quality images and patient safety
- Administer contrast media as appropriate, monitor for adverse reactions, and coordinate with radiologists on imaging protocols
- Operate imaging equipment and manage PACS workflow, ensuring accurate image reconstruction and multiplanar review
- Maintain radiation safety practices, comply with ALARA principles, and document procedures per Epic charting
- Provide limited interventional radiology support as requested (e.g., biopsies, drainages) and assist with patient positioning and transport as part of the radiology team

Requirements
- ARRT CT certification and ARRT Radiography certification (R)
- BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inpatient and/or outpatient imaging
- Recent X-ray experience is a hard requirement
- Proficiency in CT imaging with/without contrast (head, abdomen, chest, pelvis) and CTA/vascular studies
- Ability to start peripheral IVs; strong radiation safety practices
- Epic charting experience
- Imaging equipment experience with GE, Hitachi, Philips, Siemens, or Toshiba
- Must work within a 4x10 shift pattern and be available for potential variable weekend coverage as needed
- Vehicle required for assignment; adherence to compliance checks and pre-start modules
