Job Description:

We are looking for a customer-focused engineer who can understand business challenges and build practical technology solutions. In this role, you will work directly with customers, translate business needs into technical solutions, develop prototypes and production-ready applications, integrate enterprise systems, and drive AI-powered automation initiatives.

Key Requirements

• 3–8 years of experience in software engineering, solution engineering, consulting, or customer-facing technical roles.
• Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, C#, or Go.
• Experience with APIs, databases, cloud platforms, integrations, and application deployment.
• Ability to turn ambiguous business problems into working solutions.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GenAI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and workflow automation.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, or similar systems.
