Responsibilities Responsible for planning, directing, and administering all warehouse operations, including: Overseeing the put‑to‑club, storage, pallet operation, receiving, crossdock, shipping, and all other general operations of the warehouse while providing timely throughput of all merchandise. Maintaining proper staffing levels to achieve 100% asset integrity on all outbound shipments. Addressing all product‑related issues impeding operations. Monitoring safety & loss prevention practices, ensuring policy adherence. Reviewing equipment needs to enhance productivity, while evaluating cost effectiveness. Reviewing changes in distribution philosophies to increase operational efficiencies and strive for continuous improvement, while planning strategically for the future of the business. Requirements Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. 5 to 7 years of experience in a distribution environment. In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ’s Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non‑discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is $103,000.00 - $131,500.00.
