Highlights:

• 27-bed emergency department with a collaborative team of approximately 50 RNs and 25 medics
• Patient ratios of 4-6:1 in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
• Exposure to critical procedures including RSI, sepsis interventions, stroke protocol with tPA administration, central line placement, and psychiatric patient care
• EMR system: Meditech
• No floating required; no on-call expectations
• Dress code: Navy blue or white scrubs

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of emergency department experience required
• Must have completed 2-3 travel assignments
• Experience with patient ratios of 5:1 preferred
• High-acuity ER and high-volume environment experience strongly preferred
• Active RN license in good standing
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC
• Preferred certifications: ENPC, NRP, NIH
