Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to work within our buyer-facing digital automotive marketplace. This role is responsible for shaping and optimizing the end-to-end journey after a buyer decides to purchasespanning checkout, vehicle payment, transportation ordering, title document delivery preferences etc.

Job Objectives:

• A strong advocate for the customer and product by using data to drive decisions while being obsessed with solving problems effectively. This includes using perspective from both customers and business to meet business and financial objectives.
• Ensure a smooth, intuitive, and consistent UX across all post-sale flows, informed by user research and behavioral data.
• Lead and manage third-party integrations, including payment providers such as MoneyGram, Western Union, PayPal, and emerging digital wallets.
• Monitor key performance indicators (checkout completion, payment success, delivery selection usage, error rates) and iterate accordingly.
• Collaborate with engineering on API design and integration, ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable data exchange with partners.
• Is sensitive to rapidly evolving issues that arise among products and platforms (both within the business unit and between multiple business units) in a way that balances product and enterprise goals.
• Engages business units and enterprise management on resolving trade-offs of scope, priority, business and technical risk, and business impact of dependencies among multiple products.
• Embeds with product teams as needed to ensure full transparency and no surprises, keeping product stakeholders up to date with the latest on delivery status, product risks, and scope changes.
• Identify new opportunities that positively impact the buyer facing applications.
• Create and maintain feature planning documents, product backlogs and user stories.
• Lead the efforts to prioritize development team activities.
• Is obsessed with product quality, staying deeply immersed in product deliverables and releases.
• Collaborate with other functional areas to ensure the successful implementation of features and enhancements that deliver value and achieve RB Global business objectives.
• Be a key and contributing member of the Product Management team to deliver ideas, strategies, and initiatives that result in profitable growth for RB Global in its entirety.

Major Responsibilities:

• Help build and execute upon a strategic roadmap that aligns with RB Global growth objectives and strategy.
• Address customer requests and inquiries timely and professionally.
• Collaborate with other teams to deliver business value and execute upon strategic vision.
• Research and understand competitive features in the marketplace and propose tactics to manage any competitive threats or take advantage of any opportunities.
• Establish and maintain a relationship with the key business and technology stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree or similar secondary education. Technical/Professional Accreditation (e.g., license, certification, designation):

Minimum related experience in years: 5+ years' experience in product management or product development roles and successfully driving results.

Strong interpersonal skills required to clearly articulate business requirements and value to internal and external stakeholders.
