About the Position

Job Title: Ultrasound Technologist Profession: Ultrasound Tech/Sonographer Specialty: Radiology Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Vascular License Certifications: BLS Description: Contract position for an Ultrasound Technologist. Duration of 13 weeks required. Shift is from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Call is required during the contract period. The unit accommodates a total of 450 beds. There are 7 staff members within the unit. The team includes professionals specializing in vascular, obstetrics, and general ultrasound. Candidates must have a vascular license and BLS certification. Experience in vascular procedures is preferred. Typical procedures include routine exams and emergency response. The environment is friendly and personable. Dress code includes black pants with a green top or scrubs available upon request. The unit promotes the use of new equipment and technology. Various schedule options are available. This position offers the opportunity to work with a dedicated and experienced team.
