May be required to use manual or power tools to complete work assignments. The GM-2 worker is typically skilled or highly skilled performing tasks in one or more of the above areas and can produce high-quality work without assistance, and train other personnel to perform those tasks. **Typical duties include but are not limited to:** Responsible for a variety of tasks, including painting, carpentry (including siding), plumbing, masonry, grouting ceramic tile floors/walls, and minor electrical work. Replacing glass in windows and doors. Replacing/repairing door hardware. Clearing roof drains and gutters. **Qualifications:** Minimum 3 years of closely related experience. Knowledge of painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical work preferred. Ability to learn a wide variety of building and grounds maintenance. Ability to perform heavy manual labor for extended periods of time, occasionally in adverse weather conditions. **Physical Requirements:** Employees must have the ability to perform the following physical demands for extended periods of time with or without assistance.
