Hotel Sales Manager

The Hotel Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel in Los Angeles They will develop and implement strategies to attract and retain guests build relationships with corporate clients and oversee the sales team This position requires strong leadership skills experience in the hospitality industry and a proven track record of meeting sales targets Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue goals for the hotel - Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients - Maintain relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure repeat business - Manage the hotels online presence and work with the marketing team to promote special offers and packages - Train motivate and lead the sales team to drive results - Analyze market trends and make recommendations for pricing strategies - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience Requirements - Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales management or a related field - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Excellent communication negotiation and networking skills - Strong leadership abilities with a hands-on approach to managing a team - Knowledge of local market trends and competitors in the hospitality industry - Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or a relevant field preferred - Knowledge of Indian culture preferred Salary $1400 per month Location Los Angeles United States Employment Type Full-time #J-18808-Ljbffr
