Pay & Benefits

Base Salary: Starting at $250,000 for new graduates; increases based on experience

Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (note: this may be a placeholder; actual salary details provided at interview)

What You'll Do

• Provide expert neonatal care in a busy Level-III NICU with 72 beds and an ADC of 60
• Utilize advanced technologies including ECMO, inhaled nitric oxide (iNO), high-frequency ventilation, and total body cooling
• Participate in neonatal resuscitation efforts and neonatal transport services
• Collaborate with pediatric subspecialists, surgeons, and a dedicated cardiac surgery team
• Engage in clinical practice guidelines to ensure continuity and high-quality care for vulnerable infants
• Contribute to academic activities, including resident teaching opportunities (affiliated with a teaching hospital)
• Support the hospital's multidisciplinary approach to neonatal care and family support

What You Need

• Medical Degree and active Nevada medical license or eligibility
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology
• Excellent teamwork, communication skills, and a passion for neonatal medicine
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, complex ICU environment
