Portfolio ManagerOverland Park LPO - Overland Park, KS 66211OverviewPosition Type Full TimeDescriptionPRIMARY PURPOSE OF JOBManage commercial credit relationships in support of the assigned loan officer. The Southern Bank Patch illustrates these ideals.Ensures the confidentiality of customer non-public personal information and secures information systems to comply with bank regulations.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND PERFORMANCE AREASManage commercial relationships;Act as point of contact for borrowers;Prepare loan presentations for new requests, modifications and renewals;Monitor construction loans in the portfolio;Work with loan coordinators on loan closings;Work effectively with coordinators, credit department, loan operations;Present credit packages to loan committee;Work with loan officer to grow the loan portfolio;Analyze financial statements, assess creditworthiness, and recommend loan structures;Make recommendations to management regarding product improvement or changes;Refer depository and other business lines from customer base to the Branch Retail Manager.QualificationsThe following specifications are general guidelines based on the minimum education and experience normally considered essential to the satisfactory performance of this position.
