Research Data Analyst II - State Compensation Insurance Fund

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines to collect, clean, and transform large‑scale datasets from multiple sources. Perform statistical analysis and build predictive models to support research initiatives and policy decisions. Create interactive dashboards and visual reports using tools such as Tableau or Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders. Requirements Bachelor's or higher in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field. 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, or research analytics. Proficiency in Python and R for data manipulation, statistical testing, and machine‑learning model development. Strong SQL skills for querying relational databases and handling complex joins.
