As a CRNA, you will deliver comprehensive anesthesia services to a diverse patient demographic, including individuals from pediatric (12 months and older) to geriatric populations. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide array of anesthesia services across various surgical specialties, contributing to quality initiatives and the ongoing success of our anesthesia program.

• Administer comprehensive anesthesia care in both inpatient and outpatient environments, adhering to AANA and organizational standards.

• Provide anesthesia services for a broad spectrum of procedures, including General Surgery, Orthopedics, OB/GYN (including labor analgesia), Urology, ENT, Podiatry, Endo/GI, Dental, and Ophthalmology.

• Execute regional anesthesia while ensuring clinical competency, maintaining accurate documentation, and engaging in peer review and quality improvement efforts.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to support departmental operations, committees, scheduling, equipment assessments, and technology integration.
