ENT Physician (Otolaryngologist)

Company Description

HearNow ENT is seeking a Board-Certified Otolaryngologist (ENT Physician) to join our growing DFW practice on a part-time or full-time basis. Locations for practice include Irving and Plano.

Role Description

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a wide range of ear, nose, and throat disorders in adult and pediatric patients
• Conduct in-person outpatient clinic visits and provide telemedicine consultations in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards
• Perform ENT surgeries (office-based and hospital/ASC-based)
• Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans, including medical and surgical interventions
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR)
• Collaborate with clinic staff and providers to ensure high-quality patient care
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and postoperative care
• Adhere to all clinic policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Otolaryngology residency
• Board Certified in Otolaryngology
• Active and unrestricted Texas state medical license
• Must carry your own malpractice insurance
• DEA license and controlled substance registration
• Eligible for hospital and/or ambulatory surgery center privileges
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical skills

Schedule

• Full time or Part-time (2–3 days per week)
• Mix of outpatient clinic and surgical days
