Unlimited PTO, 401K match, & childcare reimbursementRequirements:Must have Wisconsin RN licenseMust have long term care nurse leadership experienceMust have strong clinical background & knowledgeMust have experience in long term careMust have strong leadership skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsResponsibilities:Supervising all nursing staffOverseeing department budgetsReporting to higher management in the healthcare facilitiesMaintaining high standards of care for all patientsManaging patients' data and medical records as confidential recordsCommunicating with doctors, patients and family members about patient healthRecruiting, training and onboarding new nursing staffProviding ongoing education classesImplementing new procedures and training Nurses on policies
