Rheumatology Territory Business Manager, Las Vegas, NV

argenx seeks a Territory Business Manager for the Las Vegas and Inland Empire markets to drive rheumatology demand generation. The role involves building relationships with healthcare providers and specialty pharmacies, executing territory strategies, and achieving sales objectives while maintaining compliance and patient-focused values.
Responsibilities
- Travel throughout assigned territory to engage healthcare professionals and infusion providers
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans leveraging customer and market insights
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, specialty pharmacies, and infusion centers
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales objectives while maintaining integrity and compliance
- Submit account plans, customer interactions, and CRM activity accurately and timely
Requirements
- 5+ years specialty, rare disease, or biologics sales experience
- Demonstrated rheumatology sales background strongly preferred
- Proven track record of high sales performance and business objective execution
- Experience developing and executing territory and account strategies
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Residency within assigned Las Vegas, Riverside, or San Bernardino territory
- Strong understanding of specialty pharmacy and market access dynamics
Compensation: $140,000-$192,500 base
