As a key player in our interdisciplinary team, the LPN is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal interactions. You will ensure that patients achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards. Your daily responsibilities will include monitoring and reporting any changes in patients' conditions, as well as assigning tasks, instructing, and offering clinical oversight to CNAs.

Qualifications and Experience

• Completion of an accredited LPN program
• Active licensure/registration in the relevant state, with a requirement to maintain a valid Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license throughout employment.
• Preferred: One (1) year of experience in skilled nursing
• CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation, with the necessity to keep it current throughout employment.
