What You'll Be Doing

Assist skilled trades with daily construction tasks
Load, unload, and move building materials throughout the job site
Perform site clean-up and keep work areas safe and organized
Operate basic hand and power tools safely
Dig, shovel, and perform other general labor duties as needed
Assist with demolition, framing, material staging, and project setup
Follow all safety procedures and support the crew wherever needed
