Impact Health is looking for a Psych Nurse Practitioner to join our Team!!!Our service area will be Mansfield, CT!!Impact Health PC, a leading advanced practitioner group in skilled nursing facilities across the Northeast, that is dedicated to prioritizing patient care. We specialize in Medical, Psychiatric Services, Wound Care and Palliative Care.Are you looking to thrive in a collaborative environment that values your expertise and independence? Join Impact Health PC, where your expertise is valued, and you can make a meaningful impact.Compensation and Benefits:Earning potential: $35,000Malpractice insurance providedLicense reimbursement and CEU supportPaid training and onboardingOngoing education and clinical support, including physician-level consult accessAutonomy with Support to deliver independent care with access to physician-level consults.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver person-centered care using evidence-based practicesManage caseload and fulfill psychiatric consultation needs of skilled nursing facilityProvide assessment, diagnostic, and treatment servicesProvide psychoeducation and medication education to patients and/or familiesCollaborate with interdisciplinary facility teamsComplete timely documentation (within 24 hours)Ensure compliance with state regulations in SNF settingsQualifications:Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in the state of practice.Experience in skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, residential care, geriatric services, and outpatient psychiatric settings preferred.Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing mental health care to adult populations.Proficient with EHRs and clinical technologyStrong communicator with a collaborative mindset #J-18808-Ljbffr Impact-Health-P
