Fieldwork Brewing Company is seeking passionate, reliable, and hardworking kitchen team members to join our Sacramento location. We are currently hiring for kitchen associate position . About Fieldwork Brewing Company Founded in Berkeley, California in 2015, Fieldwork Brewing Company is a craft brewery known for exceptional, thoughtfully made beers and an ever-changing taplist of fresh releases. Our goal is to pair outstanding beer with great food and warm hospitality, creating a welcoming experience for our guests and our team. Our Sacramento location opened in late 2016 in the heart of Midtown Sacramento and expanded our operations into a 5000 sqft indoor beer garden. Duties & Responsibilities Demonstrate general kitchen knowledge and food preparation skills Pizza making and dough production experience is a plus Complete daily prep work and station setup Follow recipes, checklists, and standard operating procedures Maintain knowledge of current menu items and ingredients Respond promptly and professionally to guest needs and concerns Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards at all times Attend required trainings and team meetings Demonstrate flexibility with scheduling and assist with coverage as needed Perform additional duties as assigned Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age Prior restaurant, brewery, winery, or food service experience preferred but not required Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Possess or be able to obtain a valid California Food Handler Card Knowledge of or ability to learn local, state, and federal health and sanitation regulations Ability to lift and carry items weighing approximately 25–50 lbs Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions for up to 8 hours per shift Ability to work in crowded and confined kitchen spaces Ability to maintain a professional appearance in accordance with company grooming and safety standards Compensation Line Cook positions start at $20.00 per hour Compensation for other kitchen roles may vary based on position and experience How to Apply If this sounds like a good fit, please email your resume to View email address on click.appcast.io with “Sacramento Kitchen” in the subject line.
