Environment, Health and Safety Manager

A leading industrial manufacturing and technology organization is seeking a EHS Manager to support operational safety and environmental compliance, for a large production site in the Jackson, TN area. This person will be tasked with driving a strong safety culture, reducing risk, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements across a manufacturing environment. The role offers significant visibility and the opportunity to influence site performance through continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration. The Role Lead the development and execution of HSE programs, policies, and management systems. Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective action initiatives. Deliver safety training and promote employee engagement in HSE programs. Manage regulatory compliance activities, audits, inspections, permits, and reporting. Partner with operations and leadership teams to strengthen safety performance and emergency preparedness. The Candidate Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field. 8+ years of HSE experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting. CSP, CIH, NEBOSH, or similar professional certification preferred. Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
