CMM Programmer

Position Title: CMM Programmer This role is essential for ensuring the quality and precision of manufactured components through advanced programming and inspection techniques. The CMM Programmer will leverage their expertise in geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) to interpret complex blueprints and independently program new parts. A strong understanding of manufacturing processes is crucial for success in this position. Salary Range: $62,400 - $93,600 / Year DOE CMM Programmer Responsibilities Perform inspection of parts to ensure adherence to specifications Independently program new complex parts Provide real-time feedback during the manufacturing process Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance production efficiency Participate in quarterly meetings and team-building activities CMM Programmer Requirements In-depth knowledge of GD&T and ability to interpret blueprints 5+ years of relevant experience; CNC machining experience is a plus Capability to program new parts independently Strong understanding of manufacturing processes Flexibility for 1st or 2nd shift is preferred Prior experience in high-mix precision machining environments is preferred Benefits Health insurance coverage through a major provider Ten holidays and two floating holidays per year Sick time accrued after 90 days 401k eligibility with matching contributions #J-18808-Ljbffr
