Pharmacist

Encompass Health seeks a Licensed Pharmacist to support our inpatient rehabilitation hospitals within the Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will ensure safe, accurate dispensing, provide patient-centered medication counseling, and collaborate closely with physicians and nurses to optimize pharmacotherapy for complex rehab patients. You will manage medication reconciliation, monitor for interactions and adverse effects, maintain regulatory compliance, and contribute to a nurturing, dynamic environment focused on high-quality, goal-driven patient care and professional growth.
