Assistant Finance Manager

Assistant Finance Manager

The Assistant Finance Manager will report to the Finance Manager and will be responsible for the following:

Partner with the Finance Manager on accounting and HR functions.
Oversee and maintain annual support maintenance invoicing.
Follow-up with customers on overdue invoices.
Manage and maintain all accounts payable functions.
Review and process expense reports.
Prepare sales tax reports and payments.
Manage bi-monthly payroll.
Reconcile banking transactions and balance financial records.
Assist with annual budgeting and monthly revenue forecasting.
Prepare and obtain documents for annual audit and tax processes.
Continually assess and improve financial processes.
Handles special projects and other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance, at least one year of accounting experience, outstanding communication skills, knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software, proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and Word, quick learner, thrive in a fast paced and diverse environment.
