Assistant Finance Manager

Assistant Finance Manager
The Assistant Finance Manager will report to the Finance Manager and will be responsible for the following:
- Partner with the Finance Manager on accounting and HR functions.
- Oversee and maintain annual support maintenance invoicing.
- Follow-up with customers on overdue invoices.
- Manage and maintain all accounts payable functions.
- Review and process expense reports.
- Prepare sales tax reports and payments.
- Manage bi-monthly payroll.
- Reconcile banking transactions and balance financial records.
- Assist with annual budgeting and monthly revenue forecasting.
- Prepare and obtain documents for annual audit and tax processes.
- Continually assess and improve financial processes.
- Handles special projects and other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance, at least one year of accounting experience, outstanding communication skills, knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software, proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and Word, quick learner, thrive in a fast paced and diverse environment.
