Director of Food Safety and Quality Systems

Shamrock Foods Company

Shamrock Foods Company seeks a Director of Food Safety and Quality Systems to lead food safety, regulatory compliance, and quality programs across its wholesale distribution and dairy manufacturing network. This role designs and oversees HACCP, SQF, and GFSI-aligned systems, manages audits and inspections, and drives continuous improvement in product quality and safety. The Director partners closely with operations, logistics, and manufacturing leaders, mentors site QA teams, and ensures recall readiness. This is a strategic leadership role in a stable, family-owned, growth-focused environment.
