UX/UI Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a UX/UI Designer based in Mexico.

As a UX/UI Designer, you will create intuitive, engaging, and impactful digital experiences that help organizations transform ideas into user-focused solutions. Working closely with clients, product teams, and technical experts, you will lead the design process from discovery and research through prototyping and implementation. This role combines creativity, user empathy, and technical understanding to deliver high-quality interfaces and seamless user journeys. You will contribute to diverse projects in a fully remote, global environment where collaboration and innovation are central. The ideal candidate is passionate about solving complex user challenges, translating business needs into thoughtful designs, and creating experiences that make a measurable impact. Accountabilities

• Conduct user research, discovery sessions, and requirements gathering to understand customer goals, user needs, and business objectives.
• Design intuitive user experiences by combining principles of interaction design, visual design, psychology, and software development.
• Create user personas, journey maps, storyboards, wireframes, process flows, interaction models, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Develop engaging UI designs and design systems that support functional, scalable, and user-friendly digital products.
• Collaborate with clients, product managers, engineers, and technical teams to transform concepts into implemented solutions.
• Translate user journeys and business requirements into clear design specifications and development-ready assets.
• Present design concepts, gather feedback, and iterate quickly through efficient prototype and validation cycles.
• Balance user needs, technical constraints, and business priorities to deliver optimal solutions.
• Manage multiple design projects and priorities across concurrent client engagements in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Contribute to a user-centered design culture by continuously improving processes and advocating for exceptional experiences.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
• Proven experience creating digital experiences, user interfaces, prototypes, and design documentation for client-facing projects.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, user journeys, interaction design, and visual communication.
• Ability to communicate ideas effectively through written documentation, storytelling, and visual presentations.
• Expertise with UX/UI design tools such as Figma, Penpot, Balsamiq, Canva, and Lucidchart.
• Experience creating rapid prototypes and using feedback cycles to refine solutions.
• Strong client-facing skills with experience working in consulting, professional services, or customer-focused environments.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, developers, product managers, and business stakeholders.
• Curious, adaptable mindset with enthusiasm for solving complex challenges and creating innovative solutions.
• Experience working in Agile environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, React, Vue, or Angular is a plus.
• Understanding of technical concepts including APIs, CI/CD, databases, repositories, generative AI, or cloud-based solutions is advantageous.
• Experience with cloud platforms and digital product development is considered a plus.
