Schedule Tuesday through Saturday, plus participation in an on‑call rotation (required). Target Pay $32.45 per hour. Role Overview As a Service Technician II, you will be the driving force behind the upkeep and maintenance of our community. You are responsible for completing resident and community maintenance requests promptly and preparing vacant apartments for occupancy, ensuring the community’s cleanliness, aesthetic appeal, and functionality meets Prime’s standards of excellence. Who You Are Technically proficient in residential property maintenance with a hands‑on approach and high standards. Detail‑oriented problem solver with ownership of your work and strong decision‑making skills. Proficient in customer service, staying calm and professional with residents. Punctual and determined professional eager to grow in property management. Team player who values customer service and strong relationships. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and perform routine maintenance on appliances, building exteriors, doors, locks, electrical systems, flooring, landscaping, HVAC (with proper certification), plumbing, pools, and safety equipment. Prepare and update reports, work orders, and trackers. Inspect and prepare vacated apartments for new residents, ensuring they meet market‑ready standards. Perform routine fire and life/safety inspections and annual unit inspections. Maintain accurate records of preventative maintenance, service requests, and apartment readiness through the mobile facilities application. Respond to resident inquiries and service requests with professionalism and efficiency. Ensure the community is free of unsafe conditions and promptly address any issues. Be familiar with utility cut‑offs and property layout maps. Keep the community grounds clean and report any service needs. Maintain inventory of spare parts and materials, ensuring readiness for common repairs. Requirements 2+ years of related experience in residential property maintenance (painting, appliance repair, plumbing, HVAC, etc.). Valid driver’s license for operating community vehicles and/or golf carts. Able to participate in the shared, mandatory on‑call rotation. Multi‑family housing experience is preferred.
