Warehouse Associate

The Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator is responsible for all warehouse functions including unloading trucks, receiving & putting away inventory, picking & staging orders, and loading outbound trucks in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security, and productivity. You will operate warehouse equipment (forklift, tow motor, etc.) and RF device throughout the day on each function.Pay: Starting at $19.50/hour; higher pay offered for candidates with relevant experience in Warehouse operations.Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pmBenefits:Paid time off and 10 company holidaysComprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental and Vision401k with company matchResponsibilitiesSafely inspect and operate forklift and other material handling equipmentUnload and stage inventory off of trucks for receivingVerify packing slips from suppliers and compare to product unloadedProcess receipts accurately using RF gun and computerProperly put away inventory into appropriate storage locationPick shipments accurately, secure, and stage in designated areaProcess LTL & Parcel shipments through shipping portalsKeep records of completed receipts and shipmentsMaintain equipment and report on malfunctionsManages inventory accuracy through inventory audits like empty locations, cycle counts, consolidation, and other audits.Adhere to health & safety policies and quality standardsRequirementsProven experience as an order picker, receiver, or other warehouse positionExperience or license in operating forklifts, tow motors, pallets jacks and other warehouse equipmentExperience with RF devicesBasic computer experienceAble to read and write in EnglishGreat attention to detailSelf-starter and motivatedHigh school diploma or equivalent is preferredPhysical DemandsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the dayOperate a forkliftReaching, bending to count inventorySit, walk or stand for up to 3-4 hours at a time #J-18808-Ljbffr
