Live Online Surgical Technician Instructor

Springboard is launching a remote Surgical Technician Career Training program and seeks a Live Instructor to help shape content and certify readiness for TS-C via NCCT. The founding instructor will design live sessions, coordinate across time zones, and build engaging experiences for adult learners new to healthcare careers. The ideal candidate has 8+ years as a Surgical Technician, TS-C or CST credentials, and at least 3 years of teaching, including online delivery.
