Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active CT physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Minimum 1 year of professional skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience required (client-specific).
• Ability to meet required return-to-office (RTO) dates as requested by the client.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with geriatric populations and post-acute care settings preferred.
• Familiarity with documentation systems used in SNFs preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 08:30–16:30.
• Work schedule: Five 8-hour shifts per week.
• 40 hours per week guaranteed.
• May be required to accommodate specified return-to-office date windows.
