Description All Saints Catholic School is seeking a full-time Middle School Science Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. Competencies :
- Foster an inclusive classroom by teaching history from multiple perspectives and diverse sources, demonstrating a commitment to civil discourse and culturally responsive
- Prioritize a skills-based approach, emphasizing analytical writing, argumentation, research, critical thinking, and presentation skills. Use appropriate scaffolding and differentiation to meet the needs of all learners.
- Embrace flexibility in teaching methods and subject matter. Effectively balance independent initiative with collaborative work within and beyond the department.
- Build strong, trusting, and professional relationships with students.
- Virginia Teaching Certification Endorsement in Science
- Relevant classroom experience.
- Technological proficiency in the classroom includes Google Educational apps, interactive whiteboards, and learning management systems.
- Growth mindset and willingness to pursue ongoing professional development.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
