Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care in a medical-surgical environment, adhering to patient care standards.
• Utilize Meditech EMR to document patient information accurately.
• Work as part of a team managing a patient load with a 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio.
• Follow unit policies and guidelines, including weekend and on-call responsibilities.
• Support patients with spine and ortho braces and assist with procedures such as total knees, hip replacements, and fusions.
