Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Senior Oracle Cloud EPM Implementation Lead - M&A Integrations on behalf of our client in the USA. This role is ideal for an experienced Oracle Cloud EPM professional with deep expertise in Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS), Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS), and Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service (EDMCS). The successful candidate will lead Oracle Cloud EPM implementation initiatives supporting mergers, acquisitions, business integrations, and finance transformation programs.

This is a hands-on role responsible for driving end-to-end implementation activities, partnering with Finance, Accounting, Engineering, and business stakeholders to onboard newly integrated entities into a global Oracle Cloud EPM environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oracle Cloud EPM Implementation

• Lead Oracle Cloud EPM implementation workstreams across FCCS, ARCS, and EDMCS.

• Participate in discovery sessions, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.

• Develop functional specifications, configuration documentation, business process flows, and testing artifacts.

• Support Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover planning, and hypercare activities.

M&A Integration & Financial Transformation

• Support mergers, acquisitions, and enterprise integration initiatives.

• Lead onboarding of acquired entities into Oracle Cloud EPM.

• Configure financial consolidation, reconciliation processes, metadata structures, and governance frameworks.

• Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to ensure close readiness and successful consolidation activities.

• Support production deployment and stabilization following integrations.

Functional Leadership

• Configure and maintain Oracle FCCS, ARCS, and EDMCS solutions.

• Support financial consolidation, intercompany eliminations, ownership management, multi-currency processing, and financial reporting.

• Implement balance sheet reconciliations, transaction matching, approval workflows, compliance controls, and exception management.

• Establish and govern chart of accounts, legal entity hierarchies, cost center structures, and master data management processes.

Integration & Data Management

• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations between Oracle Cloud EPM, Oracle ERP platforms, and enterprise source systems.

• Support trial balance onboarding, data validation, metadata synchronization, and hierarchy management.

• Ensure data accuracy, governance, and operational efficiency across financial systems.

Testing & Deployment

• Lead testing strategy, defect management, reconciliation validation, and production readiness activities.

• Support successful go-live events and ongoing operational continuity.

• Provide knowledge transfer and transition support to production teams.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Oracle Cloud EPM implementation experience.

• Minimum of two full lifecycle Oracle Cloud EPM implementations.

• Strong hands-on experience configuring Oracle FCCS, ARCS, and EDMCS.

• Deep understanding of financial consolidation, close processes, account reconciliations, and master data governance.

• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs, or finance transformation initiatives.

• Experience with trial balance onboarding, metadata management, hierarchy governance, and financial reporting.

• Knowledge of multi-currency consolidations and global financial operations.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Proven experience supporting production deployments and post-go-live stabilization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating Oracle Cloud EPM with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP environments.

• Knowledge of Oracle Data Management, REST APIs, middleware platforms, and enterprise integrations.

• Experience supporting large-scale global transformation programs.

• Experience implementing solutions across multiple countries and business entities.

• Familiarity with global compliance, regulatory reporting, audit controls, and data governance practices.

• Understanding of GDPR, data privacy requirements, and enterprise compliance frameworks.

• Experience supporting multinational organizations with complex legal entity structures.
