About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for BPO Solutions Sales, a senior leadership role dedicated to driving new business growth within complex, enterprise environments. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing and executing multi-channel outreach strategies to engage senior decision-makers, owning the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to deal close, and building executive-level relationships. This position requires a focus on delivering tailored solutions that align with client needs, particularly within the healthcare payer sector. The role is highly target-driven, with a responsibility to meet annual revenue targets and maintain a robust sales pipeline. Candidates for the Vice President role must have a proven track record in selling to healthcare payer organizations, managing complex B2B sales cycles, and developing strategic proposals. The ideal candidate will be adept at negotiating multi-layered agreements, managing multiple opportunities, and be proficient in CRM platforms for sales management. Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills are essential. The role also involves leading the development of customized solutions in partnership with internal stakeholders and representing the organization at industry events to expand market presence. A high level of professional visibility and the opportunity to work with innovative, advanced technology offerings are key aspects of this position.
